We liked that at the end of our stay the manager made sure apologized for the terrible service we received when checking in
I did not like after traveling 12 hiurs being greeted by very rude and untrained desk employees. One went as far as clapping in my face saying she was sorry I didn’t understand her Clearly I did as she said it at least 5 times no customer service
